Product Cancellation rate shows the ratio of orders canceled by the seller to total orders over a 7-day period. Product Cancellation rate is only applicable for orders sent by FBM method.
This metric does not cover cases where customers request using the order cancellation option in their Amazon account, but includes all seller-initiated order and product cancellations. Orders canceled directly on Amazon by the customer are not included and do not affect this rate.
Amazon Policy recommends that sellers keep the cancellation rate below 2.5% in order to sell on Amazon. A cancellation rate above 2.5% may cause your sales privilege to be deactivated.
